Refund your fare to your Credit Card. Refund will take from 1 month up to 3 months. If you wish to have a refund, please visit our Service Counter, send us an e-form via Ask AirAsia or contact our call centre.
(We only accept the Refund application within 30days from your departure date)
For guests who have made their flight booking via travel agency, please contact your respective agent as different procedure from above needs to be done.
The completion of refund will not be sent by e-mail or phone. To find out the completion, please contact your credit card company.
