The Studio Will Sell The Vehicle As A Premium Battle

Fate of the Furious is only around a month away from premiering, and Universal recently released the last trailer. Just like past trailers and TV spots, section of the focus in the new trailer is on the family’s step to Dom’s relationship with Cipher and their attempt to get him back. Cipher, who is performed by Charlize Theron, is one of the new villains the Fast and Furious family should deal with. From what we’ve seen, Cipher has altered Dom into working with her side and going in opposition to his family. Although the explanation is still unknown, it had been confirmed that Cipher met up with Dom in Cuba, during his honeymoon with Letty.

The Fate of the Furious helmed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton) and planned to reach theaters April 14, 2017. The film’s cast contains Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Kurt Russell, and the majority of the other main characters from past sequels along with the newcomers Charlize Theron, Helen Mirren, and Scott Eastwood. Set to opening franchise central Figure Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) towards his friends and family, The Fate of the Furious brings out a different danger to everyone the team holds dear.

Now that Dom and Letty are married and on their honeymoon, Brian and Mia have retired from the game, and the remaining team has been acquited, the globetrotting team has found a resemblance of a normal life. But when a completely unknown woman seduces Dom back into a world of crime that he can't find a way to get away, the crew will struggle with trials that will test them as never before.

The Fate of The Furious First Trailer

After the first trailer for The Fate of the Furious presented the film appear to be a destruction derby, the second official preview for the Fast 8 was released on March 9 and packed in a lot more vehicle chaos. From a spoiling ball that sweeps through a bunch of cars to an army of remote-controlled kamikaze commuter vehicles pursuing the cast, the second trailer basically has it all when it comes to high-speed, metal-twisting carnage. And that, in addition to a good number of well known faces from films past, is possibly just what fans are hoping to see from the new film.

The Fate of The Furious Second/Supercharged Trailer

Admirers of the Fast and Furious franchise scored an exceptional treat during Super Bowl LI, thanks to a new trailer that debuted during the huge game. The television spot presented a few previously unseen footage from the movie, which made it apparent that despite being the eighth film in the franchise, The Fate of the Furious isn’t expressing any indications of taking its foot off the accelerator.

Director

Early in the film’s progression, Diesel hinted that The Fast and the Furious director Rob Cohen, who worked for release the franchise, might return to the director’s chair for the eighth installment. However, he formally announced F. Gary Gray as the film’s director on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon October 14, 2015. Gray swaps with James Wan (Furious 7) and turns into the newest name included to the superb list of Fast and Furious filmmakers over the years - a list that also includes Justin Lin (The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6) along with Academy Award nominee John Singleton (2 Fast 2 Furious).

Familiar Faces

Coming back once again to the character of Dominic Toretto is Vin Diesel, who has made an appearance in some form (whether as a major character or just in a cameo) in six of the seven movies in the franchise. Others returning include main characters Letty Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez), Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson), Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson), Tej Parker (Chris “Ludacris” Bridges). Supporting roles Tego Leo (Tego Calderon), Rico Santos (Don Omar), Elena Neves (Elsa Pataky), Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel) and the inexplicable CIA operative Mr. Nobody (Kurt Russell) are also slated to come back for The Fate of the Furious. The upcoming movie will feature the return of a remarkable villain, too. Dangerous assassin Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) will come back for another showdown with the team, although this time around he might be forced to work with Hobbs and his team.

Newcomers

The latest installment of the Fast and the Furious series embraces two Oscar-winning stars. Academy Award winner Charlize Theron (Monster, Mad Max: Fury Road) will perform the film’s main villain, Cipher, a criminal mastermind who in some way manages to convert Dominic Toretto towards his longtime members including his wife, Letty . Also making her introduction in the series is another Academy Award winner, Helen Mirren (The Queen, The Last Station), who will perform an unidentified character in the film. She’s joined by Gran Torino actor Scott Eastwood, who will act as protege of Russell’s black ops agent.

Who Won't Be There

Franchise star Paul Walker’s death in November 2013 in the end forced the Furious 7 team to use a mixture of digital effects and body acts - including Walker’s brothers Caleb and Cody - to accomplish his part of the film, and his character was given an emotional send-off in the movie’s final scene.

The absence of Brian in the movie also means that actress Jordana Brewster’s part, Mia Toretto, isn’t expected to make an appearance. Brian’s wife and Dominic Toretto’s sister, Mia will seemingly join her husband in moving on from their high-octane adventures.
